Pay-Per-Ranking funds must be in the account of the advertiser in order to maintain the advertisers bids and rankings within their categories on the website. The advertiser is responsible to ensure that they have adequate funds in their Pay-Per-Ranking accounts to fund their bids. If an advertisers Pay-Per-Ranking funds should become depleted to a $0.00 balance, the advertiser is responsible for terminating their bidding on all website categories. In the event that an advertiser does not have adequate funds in their Pay-Per-Ranking accounts to fund their bids, the advertisers account will drop to a negative balance as clicks continue to be delivered to the advertiser. In the case of a negative balance, Smokerings.com is NOT required to terminate or suspend the account or the listings of the advertiser. The advertiser is responsible for paying any negative balance. In the case of refusal to pay, Smokerings.com reserves all rights to recover the funds owed.

FRAUD SAFEGUARD POLICIES

Smokerings.com reserves the right to request additional information prior to fulfillment of any service or product. This may include, but may not be limited to orders received where the billing address of the credit card provided does not match the delivery address of the order.

Additional information may include but not be limited to requesting of the customer to fax a legible copy of both sides of the credit card used for the transaction to our offices.

Obviously in these cases the customer has the right to cancel the order, and Smokerings.com reserves as always the right to cancel the order should the customer fail to provide the additional inflammation or for any reason whatsoever.
