I have ordered several times over the last 12 months. Cigars always arrived within 2 weeks, bands & boxes intact, cigars fresh, often discount codes can be applied to cancel out shipping.

39 bucks a box for shipping?? For that you would think at least they would guarantee delivery!

Placed order and card charged same day. Waited 3 weeks for delivery of dried cigars. No customer service with e-mails ignored and noone ever answers their phone/fax. Don't bother.
