I placed an order with them last week and was blown away with their customer service and prices. I ordered a box of robusto cigars and a mojo package. They called me the same day to inform me that they were backordered on the robusto cigars and offered me to send me a box of churchills at no extra cost! They also shipped the same day that I ordered. I was really impressed with their friendly customer service and their low prices.
