Cusano M1 Cigars
Handmade Cusano M1 cigars are mild, sweet and creamy cigars with a Connecticut shade wrapper and Dominican fillers and binder. Cusano M1 are among the best Dominican cigars you’ll find in a bundle. Cusano 18 Double Connecticut Cigars
The Cusano 18 cigar earned a 91 rating in the January 2004 issue of Cigar Insider and was made a "Smokeshop Selection" by the Robb Report in September 2004. The Double Connecticut Shade wrapper and 20% 18 year old filler produces a rich, heavy smoke, in a medium bodied cigar.
Cusano 18's were rated a 91 by Cigar Aficionado's Cigar Insider: "Stout cigar with a shiny golden wrapper...full bodied with a rich heavy smoke, well balanced leading to a long woody finish". - January 2004.
Cusano 18 Paired Maduro Cigars
Introduced in the fall of 2005 the Cusano 18 Maduro cigar was the Top Rated and Featured Cigar in the November 15th issue of Cigar Insider.
The Cusano 18 Maduro is a paired maduro with a Connecticut Broadleaf maduro wrapper with a San Vicente Olor binder and a Brazilian Matafina wrapper in the filler with the 1985 Dominican Oro wrapper. The Robb Report chose the Cusano 18 maduro was selected as a "Select Smoke" in September of 2006.
Cusano Corojo 1997 Vintage Cigars
The Cusano Corojo 1997 Vintage cigar was the highest rated cigar ever, 9.6, by Smoke Magazine (Summer 2006)and a 91 rating in the September 21, 2004 issue of Cigar Insider. The Cusano Corojo 1997 Vintage cigar, a dark and spicy corojo cigar, has a smooth, silky texture and a perfect cigar cap. It has a fine toasty aroma. Flavors are superb from the start, with wood and leather notes. It's steady and rich leading to a smooth, cedary finish. The body is medium to full. The spicy Mexican sumatra binder compliments the Cusano Corojo 1997 wrapper's sharp flavor and results in an incredibly flavorful spicy cigar.
The Cusano Corojo 97 cigar was a "Select Smoke" in the Robb Report of May 2005.
Cusano Tenth Anniversary Cigars
The Cusano 10th Anniversary cigar has been favorably compared to a Cuban Montecristo # 4 in taste. This premium cigar has four wrapper leaves. Two of them, the Honduran Jamastran and Maduro Broadleaf are included in the filler along with two Dominican San Vincentes. This produces a full and complex smoke that stimulates the palate and produces a trance like effect.
The Holiday Gift edition of the Robb Report in December 2005 chose the Cusano 10 as a "Select Smoke". The Cusano 10 was the 2nd highest rated petit corona in the April 2005 ed of Cigar Aficionado Magazine, behind only the Cuban Bolivar.
